You will be able to set how many cigarettes you smoke every day and the recommended time range for quitting.
You will find the app very useful because it will discipline you and you will get rid of the triggers that made you reach for a pack of cigarettes.
When you enter the app, you will be given the opportunity to truly reflect on your habit by answering questions such as: the number of cigarettes you smoke on a daily basis, the number of cigarettes you want to eventually go down to, the number of days you want to try out this journey, the cost of a pack of your brand of cigarettes. From there, you can start the timer.
When you see the numbers, you will most certainly want to flush this habit out of your system - especially when you see how much you are burning away in terms of financial value - the importance of which comes right after your health - which should always come first.
